Full Property Reports on the site are non-refundable once the report is electronically delivered to you and there will be no returns or refunds, regardless of the content of the report. Full Property Reports are NOT commitments for title insurance. As such, no guarantee is given nor liability assumed with respect to any matter contained or omitted, including, but not limited to: (1) identity of any party in the report, (2) validity, legal effect or priority of any document, (3) matters affecting beneficial interest, enforceability or validity of any identified mortgage, deed of trust or lien (4) any liens, claims of liens, defects or encumbrances affecting the property, including, but not limited to, easements, restrictions, covenants, conditions or leases.
There are no refunds on digital downloads, forms, or manuals after they have been electronically delivered to you.
You may cancel attendance for a registered training/seminar and receive a full refund as long as you cancel by email within 72 hours of the event. No shows and cancellations less than 72 hours prior to the event will NOT receive a refund. To cancel an event and receive refund you need to email cnichols@vistatitle.com.
